Alba Reynoso.
I am a LCSW and ART-BC dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families live happier lives. I offer services in English and Spanish. I have 20 years of experience to help you overcome your challenges. I provide traditional therapy, art therapist, energy psychology, Hypnosis, EFT, and other Holistic methods. I provide services for a wide range of issues, such as stress, parenting issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD to name a few. I am certified in Hypnosis, in PCIT (Parent-Child Interactive Therapy) to treat behavioral issues in children (2-7 y.o).
In addition, I have being trained to treat adult Trauma. I use an electric approach to treat a variety of mental health issues. If counseling has being in your mind, I can offer a welcoming atmosphere to help you clarify your concerns, identify your choices, and expand your options.
Traditional or Alternative Counseling.

Energy psychology is a field of study and therapeutic practices that combines psychology with oriental medicines and kinesiology. It is an integrative field that combines body and mind for diagnosis and treatment.
What is holistic psychology?
Holistic psychology integrates psychology and the integration of the individual (body, mind, & spirit). It views the person as a whole being made up of many parts in treating psychological problems.
